A lonely secretary remains in the office after everyone else has gone home. From her little corner, using photos from old film magazines, she escapes into a world of daydreams. There she is a glamorous movie star from the 1940s and finds her ideal love at last. But as the story unravels, as imagination and reality collide, her romantic tale becomes a Hitchcock nightmare!
This one-woman show reveals the obsessions and dangers of romantic fantasies. The language of black and white is transformed to the “low-tech” universe of paper cut-outs and object theatre, creating a tension that is absurd, painful and humorous.

The richly decadent world of 1920s-30s in Berlin and Paris is being revisited in a new show
by two renowned International artists, singer-actress, Yael Rasooly, and Pianist, Daniel Rein.
Audiences are invited to the vibrant world of the German cabaret before the rise of the Nazis
to power, through the repertoire of Brecht and Weill, the Berlin cabaret songs, performed by
Marlena Dietrich and the poetic French chansons of Edith Piaf.
The duo embark to tell the stories of the back streets and alleys, as well as the glamour and
exuberence in the final years of the Weimar Republic, stories of longing, grief, love, passion,
resilience and dreams in the fragile and powerful interval between the past and the future.

THE HOUSE BY THE LAKE is a performance that swings between the boundaries of musical cabaret and contemporary puppetry for adults.
A cabaret singer, haunted by her unspeakable memories, tells the story of three sisters. Forced to hide in a tiny cold room, waiting for their mother to return, the sisters do their best to preserve a shadow of the life they once knew. While reality is falling apart, their bodies come together with pieces of broken dolls, creating a fantastic and absurd world.
In this original and creative play, humor and tragedy are woven together, forming an overwhelming theatrical experience.

The show’s film noir atmosphere and versatile bare design allow it to take flight and form in just about every venue – from the side alleys of Paris to the bridges of Prague as a street performance, to an intimate soiree at the dimly lit night clubs of New York City, the Circus tent and theater boat of the prominent Forman Brothers, and even as a glittering Gala evening at the prestigious Sao Luiz Municipal Theatre in Lisbon.

A childhood memory unravels and comes to life through an empty cello case, pieces of broken violins and a human – doll. From beneath a sweet musical tale, another story emerges. A circle not broken, a music lesson that takes an unexpected turn, and a web of family secrets, are all composed together in a humorous and frightening piece.
